“This video has been circulated on social networks and contains obvious hateful expressions, as well as threats,”

the Investigative Committee of Russia said, noting that the social advertisement was shot like videos that were created by militants of the Islamic State organization banned in the Russian Federation

Earlier, the Federation Council of Russia called the Ukrainian social advertising, in which there are shots with a decapitation, demonic. According to Olga Kovitidi, a member of the Federation Council committee on constitutional legislation and state building, Ukraine “has turned into a toxic state.”

The video appeared on the Web on April 10. In it, a girl in a Ukrainian folk costume stands in a field with a sickle in her hands. Near the actress is a man on his knees, to whom, after a Russophobic speech, she cuts her throat.

In March, Ukrainian TV presenter Fakhrudin Sharafmal called for the killing of Russian children on live television. He later apologized for his remarks and admitted that it was unacceptable from the point of view of a journalist and a person. Bastrykin instructed the investigators to give a legal assessment of Sharafmal’s statements.

On April 11, the representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers, Christiane Hofmann, said that the FRG condemns manifestations of Russophobia. The day before, the inhabitants of Frankfurt am Main took to the streets with tricolors in support of Russia. Thus, the Germans opposed the discrimination of Russians in European countries.
