won’t let me order hair from them anymore even though we agreed on a refund bc the hair i was sent wasn’t up to par. This is alarming that I’m blocked from reordering this frontal! Maybe i was sent a wrong batch idk but i want a frontal like the reviews I’ve seen. It’s injustice to do what was done. |

This item is advertised as preplucked and it is not. I asked the owner to change the description because it is false advertisement and he did not. The hair is good quality but deceiving that now I have to pay to get it preplucked professionally. Won't be back. |

The hair sheds a lot! The frontal do not come pre plucked at all. It also don't hold a curl. You can bleach and dye the hair though. |
